Frequently Asked Questions

You have 60 days to return an item and longer during the holiday season. All sale items are final.
If you live in or around San Francisco just bring it by our store and we'll take care of you.
If you are outside the Bay Area, please use our return/exchange portal. You can create a label to return (free), drop off at one of the over 2,600 Return Bars (free), or visit one of the over 10,000 FedEx drop off locations (free).
Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed. You will receive confirmation emails at each step.
Lost the slip?  Don't sweat it!  All you need is your order number and zip code.

Once you have dropped off the exchange with the carrier, the exchange will be process and replacement will be sent. You will receive confirmation emails at each step.
