You have 60 days to return an item and longer during the holiday season. All sale items are final.
If you live in or around San Francisco just bring it by our store and we'll take care of you.
If you are outside the Bay Area, please use our return/exchange portal. You can create a label to return (free), drop off at one of the over 2,600 Return Bars (free), or visit one of the over 10,000 FedEx drop off locations (free).
Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed. You will receive confirmation emails at each step.
Lost the slip?  Don't sweat it!  All you need is your order number and zip code.

Worried about the gift giver finding out? Don't! They won't ever find out by using our return/exchange portal. All you need is the order number and your zip code.

Yes we do through our return portal (see above).
However, we're conscious of our environmental impact.  Shipping back and forth isn't the greenest.
Please reach out via the Contact Us form if you have any questions regarding sizing, etc. We want to make sure you get in the right product the first time.

We do offer free domestic ground shipping on any order over $175!

Our online inventory reflects what we have in stock in store! If our online inventory says we don't have something in stock, we don't have it in store either. To stay up to date on restocks and new product releases, you can sign up to be notified for that specific product. Also make sure you are signed up for our Vital Few Email List!

Yes, we ship to most countries for $30.
That said, we are not responsible for additional duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply depending on your country's regulations. 
We also cannot track packages once they leave the U.S.  

Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend tumble dry low or drying flat.  Drying will also shrink your gear back a up a bit, as wovens and knits can stretch out after a couple wears.
